Though this 4 years customer only orders for 2pax but we hit it off so well that I feel like I am feeding the whole family most times, not only do our taste buds matches, we are a family of Leo and from ex-band members and I am definitely Mummy’s Mummy APPROVED!
Its very rare to come across customers and their whole family agreeing on a single style of food or taste bud. I am very lucky. Not only do I hit it off with this customer (we are born in the same era, both are ex-band members and both leos), I hit it off with her 2 twin boys and her MUM approves of my cooking too!!! They have been very supportive of me since Day 1, not only tingkat but any seasonal festive cook, special and new promo and even during that 1 year cafe stint, I will see the boys having their most favourite weekend breakfast of fried bee hoon and porridge!!!
I have send the 2 boys from P3 to PSLE to Sec 1!!! Time flies. From not being to identify who is gor-gor who is di-di to now understanding their unique traits! The 2 are old school food connoisseurs at heart cos they were brought up by their maternal grandmother who is a great cook and who thankfully, approves of my cooking! Auntie has been very sweet and gifted me a “lucky cat” for the cafe opening too! And I remembered sending food to her before, one of the rare occassions I will see her and she will be all smiley and thankful and say I cook well and very hardworking! Nothing gets me to be approved by the older generation especially when they are the greatest homecooks!
I wonder if I will see the 2 boys to their teens! Lol… we shall see. Mummy and boys!!! Thank you YOU ALL for the kind support and feedback and the BESTEST critical consumers cos the boys are very forward with their comments and Thank you for FINDING me!!!! Am very grateful for the 4 years and counting…
