Annual popular favourite with both the young and old!!! I love meringues but most times, the ones we get outside are too sweet… so my version is not so sweet and topped with a chocolate kiss, mmm!!! We use real coffee, not flavouring.
If it gets soft after a while, simply pop it into the fridge and it will be crunchy again.
