Its been a while since i recommend some service lobang… I think everyone should always have a mobile repair shop handy!!! Especially these days when hps are not made to last or once after warranty, every fix or repair is freaking expensive!
I have been a big fan of Zu’es Connections … Introduced them to a few friends who needed hp repair as well. From change battery to cracked screens to weird cranky hp issues to the recent power button issue…
Recently, my Huawei Mate 9 power button is giving me issue. Its like the pressing of the power button doesnt work anymore. Very likely is the rubber/spring that wore off. So i visited Zu’es at Geylang. And the staff was very professional and friendly. After a 15mins diagnosis, he explained to me what the situation was. As much as he tried to fix it, it can’t be done but he will have to check if its possible to find the exact same part to replace. I mean they can just outright reject me and say no, they don’t have the part. Instead a few days later I got a text that they found the part and can help me replace it. Thats GOING THE EXTRA MILE!!! They did not even charge me any extra for the sourcing of the part and I mean, i really got a steal!
Previously when my battery puffed up, i checked with a couple of shops they were going to charge me $45 for the battery. But here, it was alot cheaper. Glad i found Zu’es.
So apparently, they have a few shops in AMK / Hougang / Potong Pasir that retails hps and accessories and they do take in repair at the outlets too.
