Crispy and “Doesn’t-Stick-To-Your-Teeth” Dough Sticks @ Chinatown 牛车水 – 又脆又不粘牙油条

Who loves freshly made “you zha kueh” thats crispy and light and doesn’t stick to your teeth?! I have tried quite a few freshly made 油条 around SG and I must say that this stall at Chinatown Complex is my fav! There Is another stall at the same place or even at Maxwell, this is da best!

Freshly made and deep fried to perfection. Crispy golden brown on the outside and light fluffy soft dough on the inside. And best it doesnt stick to your teeth. Light savoury saltiness… for only 70¢ each. I always eat and dabao! Their butterfly and “ham chim bang” not bad too! Best to go with a cuppa kopi or my fav cantonese porridge!!!
