Kway was nice and smooth. The chap was good – no porky smell or taste. But overall, its a pleasant eat. I especially love their big intestines “大肠”… Very nicely done.
Their char siew is what I love best!!! Great percentage of thin and fat, good char and nice flavours! I couldn’t get enough of the char siew.
The lor is of good consistency – very nice savoury lor, not too starchy and they have this topping that most lor mee stall don’t have… And its done really nicely…
