I previously posted about Ah Hua Teochew Fishball Noodle https://www.facebook.com/100448405108843/posts/173832047770478/ and I knew I had to go back again. So I did and this time round on a weekday and just before they close (2pm) which is after the lunch crowd. Yeah, no queue!
Whilst waiting for my 2 makan kakis to arrive, I was too hungry so I ordered a bowl of their Teochew Meatballs. OMG!!! Not only are the balls full and round, its absolutely boing-boing and very juicy with the freshness from the fish and pork, fragrance from the chinese parsley, and you can just taste how well made this is!!! I wish I can buy their raw meatballs back but again, they barely can supply enough for their shop.
This time round, I tried their signature bee tai mak but its ok… However, tasting their chilli mix once again is heavenly! Even my 2 kakis agreed that this trip to Pandan Gardens was definitely worth the effort!!! 2 of us are from the north-east and 1 from central. Slurped up all the noodles and balls!!!
I am still planning hard whenever I can to detour or drop by this yummy fishball/teochew ball shop!!! But you know I am dreaming and craving you everytime I eat a bowl of fishball noodles…
