Packed with mushrooms, chinese sausages, dried shrimps and yam. This is a recipe I learnt the hard way from an auntie.

We handmade these yam cake a week before CNY and have it frozen. You may choose to have this yam cake delivered to you hot or frozen. Simply reheat by steaming or pan-fry with egg dip.
