Another favourite by both the young and old!!! I love meringues but most times, the ones we get outside are too sweet… so my version is not so sweet with choice of coffee or dark chocolate. This year, we changed chocolate to dark chocolate for a deeper flavour and less sweet! We use real coffee and chocolate, not flavouring.

If it gets soft after a while, simply pop it into the fridge and it will be crunchy again.
