This prawn soup is slow-cooked per batch with at least 10kg of tiger prawns’ shell – baked, grinded and then slow-cooked for at least 2hours with lots of spices and herbs to give that umami flavour. Simply add it into your prawn noodles soup, fried hokkien mee or as any soup base you prefer.

Cooked in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
