Their char siew is what I love best!!! Great percentage of thin and fat, good char and nice flavours! I couldn’t get enough of the char siew.
This got a good amount of pork, sotong and crispy lard and the wok-hey is “Gao-Gao”! The chili is fresh, spicy and tangy goes very well with the Hokkien Mee.
Not only are the balls full and round, its absolutely boing-boing and very juicy with the freshness from the fish and pork, fragrance from the chinese parsley, and you can just taste how well made this is!!!
