The 1st bite was crunchy through from the browned egg-wash crust to the buttery melty pastry thats not too thick then I sank my teeth into the heavenly ball of pineapple filling!!!
A good chwee kueh is hot, soft with a gooey yet al-dente bite… All the greatness in 1 small bowl of steamed flour.
A good slice of bread must be breathing!!! You know when a slice of bread is stale! They hardly stock up cos their bread sells out so fast.
The noodles were springy and sambal chilli was great. Do be early cos seems like the better YTF are sold out fast!
The fillings are yummy! Cooked to perfection – you get the flavours and the crunch! Not everything overcooked to nuah nuah. Even the ku chye kueh was awesome!
