This stall may need no introduction… But to those who are unaware, this stall is a “MUST-EAT” category for me! Almost all their dishes are good! Superb wok-hey, good taste and almost nothing bad to pin point.
Hong Kong Street Chun Tat Kee 香港街珍達记@ Changi Road – am not sure how many there are around… All with similar names, wondering if its a franchise or what but mmm… Again so long as its good! They used to be at the junction of Joo Chiat Road some years back then moved over to 137 Changi Road. The lady boss is a friendly slim pretty lady.
They are famous for their XO crab and fish head / fish bee hoon from $8.50. Eh as my office is just next door I have already eat that so so many time… so will go for the other dishes like claypot noodles, some zi char dishes like their superb prawn rolls “hae zo” 虾栆 or their super nice prawn paste chicken “har jiong gai” 虾酱鸡. Actually most of their dishes are nice. The usual hor fun, etc from $5 while zi char dishes from $10.
They also have another set on the menu that I love!!! 
Herbal steamboat set for $38 – good for 2 pax!!! The herbal soup is so flavourful with the fresh seafood ingredients including sea cucumber, prawns, fish maw, scallops… Mouth watering….

But you can always call to preorder especially your takeaways. They pack all noodles and soup takeaways at no extra charge.
