What a way to welcome 2026… the last bowls sold on 31 Dec 2018 and the 1st bowls sold on 01 Jan 2019! Its been that long, which I had almost forgotten…
The recipes have been perfected throughout the years. From a small pop-up at Dong Po Colonial Cafe in 2018 till now, 7 years and counting, I had went through many iterations of curry chicken and laksa. Now, its already a staple on the catering menu. And in 2026, am very proud and happy to be able to bring to you our signatures AVAILABLE for ANY-DAY order throughout the year!!! Simply give us 3 days advance notice.
I cooked my own curry and laksa rempah and my very own sambal too! Fresh chicken is used to cook our curry chicken. We order fresh chicken from this nice sibling chicken stall owner from Tekka Market – very friendly and deliver to our door step! Thats what made this possible, including chopping up the chicken!
