Horiginal Beef Noodle is all the rage these days… Appearing in 8 days, FB groups, foodies posts, ieatishootipost, Foodaholic, Ah Beng Foodie, etc… So I had actually visited 3x in these 2 weeks!!! Lol… 01, 06 and 16 Nov and I don’t even stay at Bedok!!! Goodness… And why???
 
The beef ingredients is gao gao!!! The boss is not stingy and the beef parts are cooked to perfection and packed with flavour! I love their beef meat, brisket, tendon and their soup!!! Their soup packs a punch without being over “gelat”… Their beef balls however not quite my liking. They are very generous with the ingredients but can be abit “stingy” with the soup but I can understand why cos it does take a long time to get that soup perfection.

 

For as little as $4 you get a very very decent bowl of Horiginal goodness. I tried that on my 1st visit then I went for the $9 premium one the 2nd time I went. Hehe… Shiok! Have always loved the soup version for beef noodles, not the dry version fan so have yet to try their dry version.
 
They provide toppers such as coriander 芫茜 and salted veg… I always ask for extra! 🤤😋 And they do have a good variety of chillis and dips – my fav mix will be chinchalok + galangal chilli!!!!! Mouth-watering…
You are definitely not going to miss them with their bright red and yellow signboard! I heard from another foodie kaki that their oxtail soup is good – shall try that next! Don’t go too late though… By about 6+ they may have run out of coriander or rice… Lol.. hopefully they now stock up enough!!!
