Traditional Braised Duck & “Lor Bak” That Melts In Your Mouth @ Bedok
The braise was good, just nice for me – neither overly salty nor of the anise star or cloves taste and the duck meat is of the right texture.

Quite a nice suprising find for a chinese stall that sells many other dishes. The Mee Siam was flavourful.
Kway was nice and smooth. The chap was good – no porky smell or taste. But overall, its a pleasant eat. I especially love their big intestines “大肠”… Very nicely done.
Char siew is old school taste like char siew I ate when I was young. The noodles are thick but very q and the sambal and sauce are nice…
Zai Shun Curry Fish Head as the name suggests is not only great at their curry fish head but is definitely more well-known for their fresh steamed fishes, zi char dishes and teochew porridge.
