I love tea and now after being with the man for long who loves kopi, I love kopi too! My choice of kopi/teh will depends on where I am at cos some places are just good for either or, hardly both.
This “Tea House” at Kebun Baru Market & Food Centre (226H, Ang Mo Kio Street 22) does both kopi and teh well. Surprising, cos we all know most of our beloved indian drinks maker are good with teh but not kopi but they are really good with their kopi too!
Teh is fragrant and smooth, not siap at all! Love it! Kopi is fragrant and gao and nice. You can request a tarik version of them too! And at pocket-friendlier prices than coffee shops. A cup of teh-o 90¢, a cup of kopi tarik $1.10. Their kopi-o is very fragrant and smooth too… Some kopi will have that sour after-taste which I don’t like so this is aromatic to my liking!
